A copy of the bank transfer must be sent by fax to no. 0039.0544246833,
to allow the organisation to issue the tickets and send the final
confirmation. |

filling in and signing the related enclosed form for the debit
authorization, to be sent by fax to no. 0039. 0544246833. Upon receipt
of the form, payment will be effected by the bank; the tickets will be

TOUR OPERATORS
AND TRAVEL AGENCIES:
Tour operators
and travel agencies must pay in advance according to the above mentioned
terms for visits to the Mausoleum of Galla Placidia in the period from 1st
March to 31st May. Payments by voucher remain
valid for the other periods of the year. |

TICKET
VALIDITY AND COLLECTION:
The
booked ticket is valid as a receipt and entitles you to enter the
Monumental Heritage of the Ravenna Diocese. It must be kept with due
care. The booked tickets are to be collected at least 30 minutes before
the established time of visit at the Basilica of San Vitale Ticket
Office, Via Fiandrini 5 - Ravenna.
VISITS:
Only
very short visits inside the Mausoleum of Galla Placidia are allowed.
Group leaders are requested to provide all necessary artistic-historical
information in the courtyard in front of the Mausoleum, so as to limit
the time spent inside the building.

REQUESTS
FOR MORE TICKETS:
Additional
tickets shall be paid for in compliance with the conditions set forth
above, subject to availability in the requested time period. |

CANCELLATION:
In
case of cancellation of the visit, it will be necessary to send a
cancellation note by fax to no. 0039.0544246833. If the
cancellation is notified within 4 working days prior to the visit, a
refund will be granted equal to 50% of the total amount paid from which
expenses will be deducted. Otherwise no refund will be granted. |

DELAYED
ARRIVAL:
Participants
who fail to arrive at the established time will lose all priority rights
and will be admitted to the sight only during the course of the same day
or at a later date, subject to availability.

to the sights to be visited is regulated by general rules
of behaviour. |
